The Team: This team is a multifaceted group of experienced developers who understand how to deliver foundational pieces that impact most major areas of the platform. The team supports office add-in and screening related functionalities and is an integral part of CIQ Solutions- Core Capabilities. Majority of the work undertaken by the team is in service side owning core .NET and Python API's design, development and deployment into various environments.

The Impact: This team provides data science intelligence and data access technologies to the products that our clients use on a regular basis. In doing so the team has a large role to play in building intelligent, stable and performant systems that our clients can depend on to access quality data in very easy and interactive way.

Responsibilities:

  • NLP, LLM, Gen AI Model Deployment – Build and maintain key pipelines that can deploy various .NET and Python APIs into different environments, ensuring reliability and scalability.

  • Internal Collaboration: Collaborate closely with product teams, business stakeholders and software engineers to ensure smooth deployment and maintenance of pipelines.

  • ML, NLP, LLM Model Evaluation: Work closely with the other team members to develop, validate, and maintain robust evaluation solutions and tools to evaluate model performance, accuracy, consistency, reliability, during development, UAT. Implement model optimizations to improve system efficiency.

  • Implement best practices for continuous integration, automated testing, and deployment to ensure the reliability and efficiency of deployed pipelines.

  • Optimize performance and scalability of deployed pipelines to meet the needs of growing user base and increasing data volumes.

  • Monitor pipeline performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to ensure high availability and reliability.

  • Deliver on requirements for user stories in a multi-functional Agile team.

  • Develop expertise in our proprietary enterprise software products.

  • Set and maintain a level of excellence using various technologies to develop, support, and deploy enterprise class software.

  • Understand and consider our customer’s environments and their use of our products.

  • Apply software engineering practices and implement automation across all elements of solution delivery.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Good understanding and experience (5-9 years) with site reliability management, CI/CD pipelines and EKS.

  • Strong technical skills to understand and deliver on complex requirements.

  • Ability to collaborate and communicate with other teams to deliver features in a high-quality manner.

  • Understanding of architectural patterns and techniques

  • Ability to resolve functional and performance issues using various techniques such as debugging and profiling.

  • Demonstrated success as a problem solver.

What Would Give you an Edge:

  • Experience deploying and managing production-grade AI pipelines in a cloud environment.

  • Familiarity with DevOps principles and practices, including CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation.

  • Strong understanding of containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.

  • History of applying processes that help ensure high quality software such as using Test Driven Development, using unit testing to raise code coverage and experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment

  • Experience with developing and deployments of software as API’s or frameworks.

  • Experience with specific technologies such as  Net Core , Redis and Containerization

  • Experience and understanding with EKS Deployments, Pods configurations and YAML.

  • Strong experience with C# development and the .NetFrameworks.

  • Experience with data access and service-related technologies including entity framework, ASP.NET Web API, WCF, and OData

  • Added advantage with experience on Dynamo DB, Elastic Search
