We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join the Office Engineering Systems team to lead the product roadmap for Security and Compliance services that drives some of the largest productivity applications in the world. If you are passionate about solving complex issues when you design for scalability, then this job is for you.

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong technical background and analytical skills, with the ability to work directly with both customer and engineering teams across the company. You should be able to formulate a vision and strategic plan whilst creating clarity in requirements, demonstrating customer-obsession with a growth mindset. You should be comfortable talking about technical components, understand development cycles but at the same time hold onto the business need and impact. Excellent collaboration, communication and coordination skills are necessary for this role. Understanding of platforms, Supply chain Security & Compliance, and build systems is a plus.

  • Be a mentor to other Product Managers in our team.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • 5+ years working as a Technical ProductManager with engineering teams and a demonstrated experience technical feature design and understanding of Software Development Life Cycle.

  • Proven ability to drive large scale projects with high collaboration and leadership.

  • Detail oriented and able to rapidly come up to speed on complex technologies and architectures.

  • Excellent cross group collaboration skills and demonstrated ability to lead virtual teams to deliver on product milestones.

  • Self-motivated and self-directed.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred
