Roles and Responsibilities:
Provide strategic leadership and direction to BIA Hyderabad site (420 FTE), aligning it with the overall business goals and objectives.
Oversee resource allocation, budget management, and performance tracking, for efficient delivery of analytics solutions.
Drive business growth by identifying opportunities, establishing partnerships .and expanding the client base.
Develop and executive short-term and long-term strategies to drive operational excellence, enhance productivity, and deliver high-quality analytics services to internal and external stakeholders.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including senior management, data scientists, analysts, and regulatory authorities, to enhance the organization's reputation and influence within the industry.
Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and regulatory changes related to analytics to maintain a competitive edge.

Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and standards governing data privacy, security, and intellectual property rights.

Skills and competencies
Excellent business acumen and strategic thinking abilities to drive the organization's growth and align analytics capabilities with business objectives.
Deep understanding of the biopharma industry, including knowledge of regulatory frameworks, market dynamics, and trends.
Strong financial acumen and experience in managing budgets, financial forecasting, and resource allocation.
Exceptional interpersonal and communications skills to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
Strong negotiation and relationship management skills to establish partnerships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities to address complex business challenges and drive data-driven decision-making.
Strong understanding of data analytics, technology trends, and emerging tools and platforms in the analytics field.
Experience
Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Analytics, or a related discipline. An advanced degree is preferred.
Proven experience (typically 10+ years) in senior leadership roles within the analytics or biopharma industry, including experience overseeing operations.
Proven track record of successfully managing and growing an analytics organization or BU and driving business impact.
Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and development.
Solid understanding of the Indian market landscape, business practices, and regulatory environment.
Experience in business development client relationship management, and successfully driving growth initiatives.
Demonstrated ability to navigate complex organizational structures and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
