What you will do

In this vital role you will assist with the design, development, configuration, and deployment of end user technology capabilities including devices, asynchronous & synchronous collaboration & support enablement services. They interact with IS managers and vendors to identify and evaluate new technology products for their services, partner with business users to elicit and translate business requirements into technological solutions, review business requests for system enhancements, and undertake cost evaluation, standards reviews, and prioritization. They also deploy or upgrade the system or technical solution to meet business requirements for functionality and reliability, align IS strategy and planning with the company’s business goals and objectives, provide consensus-based, scalable, and adaptable solutions, and establish relationships with internal and external partners to drive roadmaps from existing platforms to integrate with emerging technologies. The candidate should be dedicated and highly motivated with a focus on Microsoft 365 and Power Platform.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Assists with the design, development, configuration, and deployment of projects related to end user technologies including asynchronous collaboration services.
Engineer, implement, and support Microsoft 365 solutions with a strong emphasis on Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Pages.
Provide technical leadership on key initiatives, including integrations, automations, custom applications, and workflow design.
Develop and enforce standard processes for platform governance, security, and compliance.
Monitor and maintain system performance, conducting fix and remediation as required.
Perform hands-on development and configuration work, including API integrations, custom connectors, and data integrations between Power Platform and other enterprise systems.
Lead Power Platform environment administration, including capacity management, licensing, data policies, and environments.
Participate in the continuous improvement of development standards, tools, and processes for M365 and Power Platform engineering practices.
Know the latest with updates, trends, and standard processes within the M365 ecosystem, bringing innovative ideas and recommendations to improve the platform's use and value.
Interacts with IS managers and vendors to identify and evaluate new technology products for their services
Partners with business users to elicit and translate business requirements into technological solutions
Reviews business requests for system enhancements and undertakes cost evaluation, standards reviews, and prioritization
Deploys or upgrades the system or technical solution to meet business requirements for functionality and reliability
Provide consensus-based, scalable, and adaptable solutions
Establish relationships with internal and external partners to drive road maps from our existing platforms to integrate with emerging technologies

Basic Qualifications:
Master’s degree and 1 to 3 years of Information Technology supporting Microsoft 365 OR
Bachelor’s degree and 3 to 5 years of Information Technology supporting Microsoft 365 OR
Diploma and 7 to 9 years of Information Technology experience supporting Microsoft 365
Must-Have Skills:
Has 10+ equivalent years of experience in collaboration tools, with a solid background in developing and delivering customer-centric and user-friendly digital solutions.
Experience in managing security, compliance, and governance within the Power Platform and Microsoft 365.
Experience in driving transformation initiatives using Scaled Agile methodology.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization.
Good-to-Have Skills:
Work experience in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry.
Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or Life Sciences.
Experience with additional M365 workloads such as SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
Experience with Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) toolkit and its implementation.
Familiarity with Copilot and AI-enabled services within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
Ability to learn new technologies and be able to work and deliver high quality in a high pressure, fast paced environment.
Familiarity with GxP standards and CFR 2
Demonstrated ability to lead and work in a global, matrixed organizational structure
Experience driving a collaborative culture that values technical depth, accountability, and customer service.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Understanding of ITIL processes and implementation.
Extensive knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies
Experience working with an ITSM (Information Technology Service Management) platform for Incident / Asset Management and Service Requests
Three years or more of experience in M365 platform engineering, with at least 1-2 years focusing on Power Platform.
Demonstrated experience in implementing, customizing, and supporting Power Platform solutions.
Solid understanding of M365 security, governance, and compliance.

Excellent written and verbal communications skills (English) in translating technology content into business-language at various levels
Ability to work effectively with global, virtual teams
High degree of initiative and self-motivation
Ability to manage multiple priorities successfully
