Job Description

As a member of the Support organization, your focus is to deliver post-sales support and solutions to the Oracle customer base while serving as an advocate for customer needs. This involves resolving post-sales non-technical customer inquiries via phone and electronic means, as well as, technical questions regarding the use of and troubleshooting for our Electronic Support Services. A primary point of contact for customers, you are responsible for facilitating customer relationships with Support and providing advice and assistance to internal Oracle employees on diverse customer situations and escalated issues.

Job description

  • Graduate with 13+ years of strong experience in design, analysis, development and implementation of various applications using Hyperion Essbase, Hyperion Planning, Financial Data Quality Management, MAXL, MDX Query, ESSCMD, Smart view, HFR and Essbase Spreadsheet Services

  • Has at least 3 end to end implementation experience in Oracle EPM modules

  • Has implementation experience in Oracle EPBCS (Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Services), FCCS (Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Services), PCMCS (Profitability and Cost Management Cloud Services

  • Has experience in Oracle EPBCS, FCCS & PCMCS in administration, configuration and report development

  • Hands on experience with Data Management tools FDM/FDMEEE

  • Experience in developing highly formatted reports

  • Write & maintain data load rules, calc scripts and business rules

  • Proficiency in Essbase database and Calc Script optimization.

  • Provide application build, test and implementation expertise and manage the transfer of skills to client project team members and partners

  • General functional knowledge and understanding of budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis processes

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Good communication skills to correspond with client

  • Should be able to interact with customer business/IT teams & convey the solution.

  • Should have experience in performing as-is assessments & suggest to-be processes/functionality.

  • Should be able to guide technical team for components within the Financials scope.

  • Should have experience of conducting CRPs, User training, Estimation.

  • Should be well versed with the Life Cycle Methodology (AIM, OUM) for Fusion Projects on Cloud or On-Premise.

  • Experience to guide/mentor delivery teams with artefacts/tools/accelerators & solution perform audits.
