Job Responsibilities:

  • Client Relations: Ensure quality communication and effective resolution of client issues. Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders.

  • Quality Assurance: Address quality matters promptly and professionally. Maintain service excellence across all sites.

  • Project Management: Oversee project timelines, implementation, and completion. Present final reports and documentation to stakeholders.

  • Site Maintenance: Regularly review properties, manage small projects, and ensure sites are well-maintained within budget.

  • Operational Efficiency: Maintain plant and equipment per standards. Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed and records are kept.

  • Financial Management: Prepare and manage annual budgets. Track energy consumption and implement cost-saving measures.

  • Reporting: Provide monthly reports on electricity and water usage. Update management on account activities and performance.

  • Confidentiality: Handle company matters confidentially and communicate issues only with appropriate approval.

  • Staff Management: Recruit key staff, maintain a motivated workforce, and address training and development needs. Manage disciplinary and industrial relations issues.

  • Compliance: Ensure all deliverables comply with legislative governance and company policies. Ensure subcontractor compliance.

  • Safety: Promote a safety culture, document risk assessments, and investigate incidents per company procedures.

Experience: Min 10 Years (Handling multiple sites is mandatory)

Qualifications: Any Graduate
