Role: Recruiting Coordinator

Location: Hyderabad, Telangana

Work Shift: 2 pm – 11 pm / 5:30 pm – 2:30 am / 7:30pm – 4:30am

Employment: Full Time

As a Recruiting Coordinator – Screener / Expeditor, you are responsible for customer service aspects of employment such as conducting phone screens, partnering with the recruiter in all phases of interviews. You will interact frequently with candidates, recruiters and interviewers, ensuring interviews are executed seamlessly.

  • Meeting hiring demand through efficient interview coordination and screening

  • Manually reaching out to the candidate to gather availability details and screening the same as per business requirement

  • Coordinating with stakeholders to ensure all the partnership during the recruitment process is acknowledged and completed within prescribed time

  • Initiating background checks and ensuring that the same is completed on time

  • Follow up with the candidates during various stages of the recruitment process to ensure there is no lag or delay

  • Recruitment process compliance and system administration

  • Collaborate on special projects

What you need to bring:

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Ability to work on multiple systems and various applications simultaneously

  • 3–4 years relevant work experience

  • Exceptional customer service focus, including attention to producing quality results while building positive relationships

  • Proficient in productivity applications such as Google Docs, Calendar, and Gmail or other similar software

  • Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a high-paced, ambiguous work environment

  • Self-directed, detail-oriented problem solver with a desire to contribute to the organization’s reputation and success
