Role Responsibilities:

  • Oversee strategic business initiatives from development through successful execution under the guidance of senior leadership and departmental heads.

  • Assist and communicate with executives in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation.

  • Experience with budget management.

  • Proven success in a project coordination role

Role Purpose:

  • Serve as liaison between staff, executives, and senior leaders regarding company climate, employee well-being, project updates, proposals, and planning.

  • Oversee daily operations through collaboration with senior management and department leaders, performing an array of administrative tasks from managing calendars, generating correspondence, maintaining hard copy and electronic files, planning, and coordinating annual corporate meetings, and scheduling facilities.

  • Strong project reporting skills, with a focus on interdepartmental communication

Minimum Requirements:

  • 7+ years in a business or executive management role

  • Consulting experience with a focus on operations management

  • Organizing and directing multiple teams and departments

  • Excellent communicator in written and verbal form

  • Experience planning and leading strategic initiatives

  • Determines product features and functions and oversees product development liaising with cross functional teams.

Job Description

  • Responsible for supervising the entire Digital product life cycle from planning to execution.

  • Researches and analyzes market conditions and identifies key trends and opportunities for product innovation/enhancements.

  • Articulates a clear vision rooted in addressing customer problems. Determines product features and functions and supervises product development.

  • Responsible for supervising end-to-end testing results and considers alternative processes, metrics, go to market and change management implications.

  • Reports on voice of the customer and established KPIs.

Minimum Requirements

  • Requires advanced to expert knowledge obtained through advanced education, combined with experience.

  • Substantial knowledge of Carrier organization, programs or systems to make enhancements within job area.

University Degree or equivalent

  • A minimum of 7 years prior relevant experience

OR

  • An advanced degree in a related field and a minimum of 5 years’ experience
