Skills Required:
8+ years of RCM experience with major exposure towards AR and Denial Management
Excellent personal and interpersonal skills
Exhibit Clear Thinking/Reasoning
Articulates & presents his/her thought process well.
Feedback and Coaching skills
Should have good Analytical skill
Excellent knowledge of AR& understanding of other RCM functions.
Exposure towards AR days, 90+ AR, Denials, collection targets and other KPI's of the project
Excellent communication, interpersonal & presentation skills
Should have Good Excel and power point skills
Should have good Project & People management skills
