The Audit & Insights Team (AIT) is looking for a Learning & Development (L&D) Program Manager to join our Global Operations and be a leader on our team. We are seeking a talented, data driven, and proven individual with training program experience to support AIT worldwide across various functions. The L&D Program Manager will be a key person to shape the onboarding, training, and career development of the AIT Team. The ideal candidate should be able to work in a cross functional, fast-paced environment; has program management and communication skills.

As the AIT L&D Program Manager, you will be responsible for creation and execution of an aggressive roadmap that will support a global team. Success candidates are collaborators who work closely with cross functional teams to effectively prioritize and deploy training programs based on customer and business need. The role demands thought clarity, dynamic cross-functional partnership, and strategic thinking to innovate on behalf of our customers

Basic qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in program or project management

• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements

• Experience in a training role; designing and developing customer-centric solutions, and evaluating the effectiveness of learning programs.

• Good verbal and written communicator; experience in engaging multiple stakeholders.

• Data skills and the ability to understand how learning activities and responsibilities play into the metrics that drive team success

• The ability to work in fast-paced ambiguous environments, adapting quickly to changing circumstances, processes and priorities

• Full proficiency in MS Office

• Desire to think beyond traditional classroom training experiences and innovate in the L&D space

• Detail-oriented, team-focused, and a quick problem-solver

Preferred qualifications

• Demonstrated use of multiple learning methods and linking appropriate methods with learners and outcomes

• Industry certifications in instructional design, curriculum development, performance improvement, project management, and content-specific certifications as appropriate

• Experience as an L&D Business partner for an operations focused organization

• Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels to understand their role in employee development and help build their skills

• Ability to use multiple learning methods and to match the appropriate methods with the subject matter

• Familiarity with online learning technology (e.g., Articulate Story line)

• Proven ability to identify opportunities and launch original learning solution(s) with real impact

Key job responsibilities

• Develop curriculum to support onboarding of new employees, and development of tenured employees

• Manages relationship with stakeholders to understand training needs

• Conducts data analysis deep dive to measure training impact

• Works backwards – demonstrates planning capability to execute on deliverables (manages stakeholders, and coordinates details).

• Supports development of all AIT training support positions (Site Trainers, certified instructors, mentors

• Writes narratives to communicate changes to training mental model

Basic Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)

  • 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
