Job Description

This manager-level position is responsible for a segment within a given project portfolio which can be defined by industry, service line, technology center, specialty area, or region with several hands-on implementation engagements and support background in one or more of Oracle cloud ERP modules like PeopleSoft HCM, Financials and Campus Solutions. Main responsibilities include people management, project oversight, Interaction and communication with client Business / IT Teams. Accountable for operational/financial metrics and maintaining project/portfolio profitability while ensuring the quality of project delivery and maintaining customer reference ability. Analyze solution approaches, estimations, standard methodologies, project risks, and recommendations.

You will understand client requirements and map them to ‘off-the-shelf’ products or product features to decide whether they would be more suitable than building a new system from scratch.

Career Level - M2

Responsibilities

Minimum 15+ years of total experience relevant to this position including 5+ years of project management experience.

· Should have multiple full lifecycle HCM/SCM/Finances/Campus Solutions Projects implementation experience

· Should have exposure from requirement development / definition to functional solution design, implementation, data-migration, system testing, user acceptance testing, go-live and service management.

· Functional domain expertise in HCM/SCM/Finances/Projects etc.

· Good understanding of integrations and technical solutions in all functional projects.

· Candidate should good functional understanding in any of the modules listed below..

FSCM : Asset Management, Expenses, Inventory, Supplier Contracts, Customer Contracts, Payables, General Ledger Projects, Grants, Billing, Receivables, Commitment Control, Treasury

HCM : Time and Labor, Absence Mgmt., NA/Global/US Payroll, ELM9.2, Core HR, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, MSS, ESS, Ben Admin, and Portal

Campus Solution : Student Financials, Records and Enrolment, Financial Aid, Campus Community, Recruiting and Admissions, Academic Advisement, Campus Self Service, and Contributor Relations.

· Preferably having industry-recognized Project Management certifications such as PMI or Prince II.

· Excellent analytical, presentation and communications skills, demonstrable ability to translate business requirements into technology specifications.

· Good communication & documentation skills in English

· Analyze solution approaches, estimations, standard methodologies, project risks and recommendations.

· Good Team handling skills

· Plan, manage and communicate the progress of the project, achieving project achievements and maintaining momentum of the project
