Our Team:

The CHC Global Quality Suppliers Team, reporting in to the CQO, implements and manages the CHC Quality Management system related to management of third parties

Main responsibilities:

Ways of working and support for the implementation

  • Supports the design, development, and implementation of electronic QTP tools, including the definition of user requirements, testing, validation, documentation, training, and maintenance, in close consultation with the Business Process and System Owner (BPO)

  • Provide active support to operative units for quality and compliance related topics and projects, including IT Systems roll out and maintenance.

Continuous support of Supplier Managements activities

  • Develop and maintain quality documents/training materials relative to this process using the Connect CMS/LMS

  • Implements requirements for the processes for the CHC Quality Management System (QMS) related to management of third parties (Quality Third Party, QTP)

  • Organize QTP alerts (network and communications)

  • Ensures consistency of practices for his/her perimeter, especially within the different regions / HUBS

  • Contributes to the definition of performance and continuous improvement by developing necessary indicators, within his/her perimeter.

  • Assess the risk management and follow remediation plan in case of proactive or retroactive risks on this activity.

  • Liaise & animate network at site level to monitor this activity (COP member & BPO member)

Transversal activities

  • Works on transversal projects concerning Suppliers activities

About you

  • Experience : Minimum 10 years' experience in Pharma/FMCH company. Experience in CMC, GXP related topics, registration, and maintenance.

  • Technical skills : Knowledge of Pharmacopoeias, Communication, Risk analysis, QMS, Supply chain

  • Soft skills : Analytical, Business partnering, Communication and collaboration skills, Leadership, Consumer focus, results oriented, interpersonal skills

  • Education : min Degree in Science related field

  • Languages : English mandatory, French, German, Spanish a plus
