Essential Job Functions:

  • Provides operational support to internal stakeholders to ensure proactive delivery of HR processes

  • Maintains employee records and HRIS system to ensure accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality of data

  • Oversees control of employee documents including accurate labeling, storage, and maintenance of employee records and filing

  • Responds to HR email and tickets Uses proper judgement to escalate issues to management when necessary

  • Responds to inquiries related to income/ employment verification (VOE)

  • Provides audit response regarding off-boarding process related to security and systems deactivation and other related personnel file documentation

  • Assists department in carrying out various human resources programs and procedures for all company employees (i.e., general human resource, employee relations, benefit questions, FMLA, ADA, Unemployment, and Workers’ Comp)

  • Prepare reports as requested by HR Team on a regular cadence and on ad-hoc basis.

  • Assist with Operational Audits, internal and external

  • Performs special projects relating to the Human Resource function as directed by management

  • Other activities as may be assigned by your manager

Qualifications/ Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, preferably with HR emphasis/major or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Experienced support staff with 5+ years of relevant experience

  • Familiar with FLSA, FMLA, and other federal and state compliance regulations

  • Strong analytical ability, good judgment, strategic and multidimensional thinker

  • Solves problems using interpersonal relations and diplomacy skills

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Computer literate with in-depth knowledge of MS Office with an emphasis in Excel

  • Demonstrate professional behavior and teamwork, dependable

  • Ability to work with tight deadlines and stressful situations

  • Must have a strong ability to maintain confidentiality of company information including but not limited to employee data.

The annual full time base salary range for this role is

₹1.00 - ₹1.00

Specific compensation is determined through interviews and a review of relevant education, experience, training, skills, geographic location and alignment with market data. Additionally, certain positions may be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus as determined by bonus program guidelines, position eligibility and SitusAMC Senior Management approval.
