Family owned and operated since 1978 and conveniently located in Hyannis Massachusetts, proudly serving client?s dream landscape visions and needs. With our continuously growing client list, we are currently sourcing an experienced, dedicated and professional leader(s) to join our Landscape Maintenance team as one of our Enhancement Foreman. The Enhancement Foreman role is a major working piece to our puzzle on landscape enhancement jobs. This individual works closely alongside the Maintenance Management team while directly providing support and fostering the development for the Maintenance Crew Members on and off the job site. We provide job related education and advancement opportunities for individuals who have the desire to learn and grow. Responsibilities Supervise and manage various landscaping enhancement and landscape maintenance projects and crews while directly providing support. Including but not limited to: digging trenches, removals, pruning and planting of small trees and shrubs, storm cleanups Perform the general landscaping maintenance tasks (mowing, trimming, pruning, edging, mulching, weeding and pest control) of client properties including but not limited to: turf, beds, driveways, patios, gutters and docks Complete enhancement projects according to the estimate bid in conjunction with accurate and timely submissions on company mobile software device Operate equipment safely, using all necessary personal protection gear and safety practices. Maintain cleanliness and general maintenance of trucks, trailers, and other equipment. Ability to multi-task while paying attention to detail Maintain courteousness and professionalism on and off the job site Attend safety trainings and other staff meetings as required. Drive a truck with a trailer safely Support in snow removal operations seasonally Qualifications At least 2-3 years\' experience in landscape maintenance and landscape enhancement Experience in supervising/leading a team Ability to perform heavy lifting, pushing, pulling of various landscape equipment and materials (i.e. bark blowers, walker mowers, backpack blowers, wheel barrows etc.) Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Candidate will exercise strong leadership and decision-making skills Possess a positive attitude and willingness to learn Capable of working independently and as part of a team Valid Driver?s license (REQUIRED) Compensation The salary for this position ranges from \$25.00-\$30.00 per hour. Overtime is regularly available.
