As our client list continues to expand, we are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Fine Garden/Horticulture Foreman to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities: Leadership: Supervise and manage Fine Garden Crew Members, providing hands-on support on the job site. Mentor and foster the development of crew members, ensuring a cohesive and skilled team. Garden Maintenance: Take charge of maintaining the beauty and health of client gardens, including perennial, annual, and vegetable gardens. Conduct light pruning of ornamental shrubs and small trees. Seasonal Expertise: Perform installation, removal, and maintenance of seasonal container gardens, fall plantings, and holiday decor. Collaboration: Work closely with the Fine Garden/Horticulture Production Manager to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction. Professionalism: Exhibit professionalism on and off the jobsite, attending safety training, staff meetings, and representing the company positively. Project Completion: Ensure the completion of projects as per the estimated bid, maintaining timely and accurate paperwork. Driving: Safely operate a truck with a trailer, adhering to all safety protocols. Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 2 years\' experience in the landscape and fine gardening/horticultural industry, including supervisory experience. Plant Expertise: Basic plant identification skills and the ability to diagnose/treat plant and flower diseases. Physical Ability: Capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs. and operating various gardening/landscaping equipment. Team Player: Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, with fine attention to detail and strong leadership and decision-making skills. Positive Attitude: A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a commitment to professionalism. License Requirements: Valid driver\'s license in good standing is required. Compensation: Salary ranges from \$25.00 to \$32.00 per hour, with overtime regularly available.
