FULL TIME FINANCE DIRECTOR FOR PRIVATE NON-PROFIT AGENCY IN HYANNIS Job Training & Employment Corporation is seeking a Finance Director to assist the Vice President of Finance with the financial management of the organization and supervision of the Finance department\'s staff. Financial management includes, but is not limited to: cash flow, purchasing, bookkeeping, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, payment of payroll taxes, tax forms, assets, audits, completion of the UFR, and financial reports as mandated by all funding sources including federal, state, and private. Required Experience BA Degree in Finance and/or Accounting Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in positions of increasing responsibility in finance and accounting A minimum of three (3) years management experience in an accounting/finance department or firm. Any combination of work and experience that shows the candidate has the required knowledge, skills, and abilities. A Plus: Non-Profit experience Required Skills Proven Supervisory/Management Skills. Extensive knowledge of accounting and budget principles and practices. Ability to prepare and present complex financial reports. Ability to develop financial controls and guidance materials for the organization. Ability to create complex organizational budgets. General accounting experience including month-end and year-end closing. Ability to be a positive and strong role model, coach, and have a collaborative, team-oriented work style. Strong analytical and math skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Attention to detail and high level of accuracy. Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time. Ability to master financial software programs.
