Job Description

  • Requires specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise Interprets internal or external business issues and recommends best practices Solves complex problems

  • Take a broad perspective to identify innovative solutions Works independently, with guidance in only the most complex situations May lead functional teams or projects.

  • Consulting to deliver solutions to production problems having the greatest impact on the Business

  • Enhance Tool Output, Yield & Predictability & Fab Productivity & Cycle time in Semiconductor manufacturing process

  • Design, collect data, analyze and compile reports on a wide range of complex process engineering experiments in ETCH / Dielectric Deposition / Metal Deposition

  • Utilize techniques to characterize hardware, define methods and apply new technologies to characterize hardware, and/or perform hardware characterization on a wide range of complex systems

  • Interact with customers to resolve a wide range of complex process engineering issues/problems

Basic Qualification

  • Strong ability to manage the project related to Semiconductor process issues

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills

Preferred Qualification

  • Experience of Chip Maker(Semiconductor are) in deposition

  • Project experience of FDC(Fault Detection Classification) in Semiconductor process

  • Analyze and handle data to solve the problems/issues about deposition / ETprocess & H/W
