General Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in related field. Two years of experience in a related field. A combination of education, experience, and training that would produce the required knowledge and abilities could be considered.

Nature & Purpose of Position/Usual Duties:

Performs moderately complex administrative and supervisory program work to support student success and retention.

Primary Responsibilities (Staff Positions Only):

Plans, implements, monitors, and evaluates programs and policies for the Fraternity & Sorority Life ( FSL ) community, including compliance with student organization policies, TEC Compliance, and compliance with local, regional, and national chapter/council constitutions, bylaws, rules, and regulations. Prepares program budgets, program development, program facilitation, and assessment. Coordinates community building opportunities and community connections and outreach. Prepares and distributes weekly FSL newsletters. Coordinates president and advisor roundtable. Plans and facilitates semester retreats. Coordinates council recruitment, community service, academic support, risk management training and development, leadership summits, and student leadership programs. Performs other related duties as assigned.
