The Building People TIA Project Manager - (TS Cleared) in Huntsville, Alabama

The Building People, LLC, has a position open for a full-time TIA Project Manager and active Top Secret Clearance for a facilities engineering program to support a federal Agency. The responsibilities for the TIA Project Manager will include but will not be limited to:

  • Monitor and report contractor planning and work operations including creating progress reports for internal management and for client to track project milestones.

  • Execute successful projects by collaborating with senior management and contractors to effectively plan, troubleshoot issues, and develop evolving solutions.

  • Responsibilities include overseeing/performing Forensic cost analysis and overseeing/performing detailed Cost/Time Impact Analysis (TIA) on ongoing projects and projects in dispute resolution.

  • Additional responsibilities include overseeing/performing Forensic schedule analysis and overseeing/performing detailed Time Impact Analysis (TIA) on ongoing projects and projects in dispute resolution.

Qualifications and Education Required:

  • Active Top Secret Clearance.

  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from 4-year College or university.

  • Minimum four years of related experience. Preferred experience with construction, design/build, and architecture and engineering projects.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.

  • Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable, and courteous service to FBI customers.

  • Ability to effectively present information.

  • Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and commissions.

  • Conducts advanced project and program analysis.

  • Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex documents.

  • Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations.

  • Requires advanced analytical and quantitative skills.

  • Strong process skills, negotiating, decision-making and analytical skills are necessary.

  • Ability to build and maintain effective professional/customer relationships.

  • Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Decisions made with thorough understanding of procedures, organizational policies, and business practices to achieve general results and deadlines.

  • Responsible for adhering to all work unit and/or project deadlines.

  • PgMP (Program Management Professional) or PMP (Project Management Professional) certifications preferred.
