We are seeking a Software Engineer who will participate in all phases of product development, including requirements, analysis, design, implementation, and testing. In this role, you will contribute to new product development, develop and document assigned software per customer and internal software development processes, and contribute to daily planning and execution in agile environment.

You will need to understand the relationship between software modules and hardware interfaces. You'll utilize excellent communication skills and embraces working within a highly motivated team environment. It is important to have strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills to accomplish tasks efficiently.

Required

  • ABET accredited BS in Computer Science, Computer or Electrical engineering

  • 4 years of relevant experience, including object-oriented programming, electrical or embedded design, and software / firmware / electrical integration.

  • Must have the ability to obtain and maintain security clearance

    Desired

  • Working knowledge of CMMI (Capability Maturity Model Integration) development processes

  • Experience with Python, C/C+

    • Familiarity with Machine Learning, Data Analytics, and Algorithms

  • Working knowledge of Configuration Management (Git specifically preferred)

  • Familiarity with Agile development methods
