Radiance Technologies, a 100% employee-owned company, is seeking candidates for a Senior Program Manager (PM) to manage a U.S. Space Force program. This position requires a seasoned and proactive PM to manage a multidisciplinary team to ensure that all contractual technical requirements are met and delivered within budgetary and schedule constraints. This position is fully dedicated (full-time) to the effective management of this contract. Responsibilities: Manage interdisciplinary team (50+ personnel) staffing, development, integration, operation, and performance. Manage program execution within cost, schedule, and performance constraints. Perform contract/subcontract and procurement management, resource allocation, schedule development, and technical performance planning, monitoring, and assessment. Establish and manage a comprehensive risk management program to identify, assess, and mitigate program cost, schedule, and performance risks. Manage, document, and report contract cost, schedule, and performance execution status. Regularly brief program status to customers and senior leadership. Manage and execute internal and external design and program management reviews. Serve as primary point of contact with internal and external stakeholders. Establish and manage a comprehensive configuration management program. Establish and manage a formal Engineering Change Proposal (ECP) process for any contract/subcontract requirement modifications, additions, or subtractions. Establish and manage quality control and assurance. Perform other duties as assigned. Required Skills: Bachelors degree in business, management, business administration, or relevant technical field (with program management training and experience). Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite. Self-starter with excellent oral and written communication skills. U.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain a security clearance. Required Experience: Minimum 12 years experience as a program manager (aerospace programs preferred). Experience managing multi-million-dollar programs (aerospace programs preferred). Experience managing Firm Fixed Price contracts. Experience managing distributed teams utilizing collaboration tools (Microsoft Teams). Experience managing programs using Agile software and hardware development methodologies, Digital Engineering (DE), and Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE). Experience with space systems material handling requirements. Desired Qualifications: Masters degree in business, management, business administration, or relevant technical field (with program management training and experience). 20+ years experience as a program manager (aerospace programs preferred). Experience managing multi-million-dollar aerospace programs with an emphasis on space vehicles and payloads. Experience with Government or commercial spaceflight programs. Experience with space qualification requirements and processes for space systems. Experience developing and maintaining programs schedules in Microsoft Project. Certified Project Management Professional (PMP). Certified ScrumMaster (CSM). Certified Lean Six Sigma Belt (ICGB) or higher. Active SECRET clearance.
