StraitSys is looking for a Senior IT Project Manager to support the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). Were searching for a highly motivated project manager to help us maintain our position as an innovative authority for our client. The ideal candidate will have experience and strong skills in developing and overseeing execution of work plans, managing resources, and cultivating client relationships. The project manager will also prepare and present updates regularly to relevant management, ensuring our goal of innovation and growth is being achieved.

Essential Duties Build and develop the project team to ensure maximum performance, by providing purpose, direction, and motivation. Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation. Establish and maintain relationships with relevant client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes. Assign and monitor resources to ensure project efficiency and maximize deliverables. Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to project work plan. Manage project teams for optimal return on investment, and coordinate and delegate cross-project initiatives. Identify key requirements for cross-functional teams and external service providers. Analyze evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for managers and key stakeholders. Strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives. Develop program assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement. Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance. Oversee multiple projects and teams ensuring program goals are reached.
