[IronMountain Solutions is looking for a Rotary Wing / Vertical Lift Air Vehicle Engineer to support our customer in Huntsville, AL.

- Lead assigned Working Groups and supports other WGs as directed.

``` - Plan, organize and direct the work of teams or task forces conducting comprehensive trade studies, technical projects and problem resolution.

``` - Manage cost, schedule, and performance of contractor developed propulsion and power system baselines and modifications. - Prepare position papers and evaluate OE designs against requirements. - Execute engineering tasks of moderate scope and complexity. - Provide SME knowledge of all assigned aircraft systems, supporting the performance of analysis in connection with these systems. - Develop strong working relationships and rapport with subordinate, peer and management personnel within the home organization and with contemporary organizations and contract partners. - While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use tools or controls; normal physical activity (reach with hands and arms; climb stairs); and communicate effectively with all levels of employees and leadership. The employee must occasionally lift or move office products and supplies, up to 25 pounds.

A Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from an accredited college with 7-10 years of directly related experience.
Experience with current DoD and/or civilian rotary wing/vertical lift aircraft air vehicle systems.
A technical background in Military
program management is required.
Understanding of principles, practices, and theories of engineering fundamentals to include but not limited to reliability, maintainability, diagnostics principles, and hardware integration.
