Description

We are looking for a skilled RHEL Administrator with CISCO network understanding, Ansible playbook experience, and AAP (Ansible Automation Platform) knowledge to assist with the deployment, management, and optimization of a RHEL AAP deployment. The ideal candidate will have a strong RHEL understanding and knowledge of networking principles and protocols, along with the ability to learn Yet Another Markup Language (YAML) and scripting experience.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and maintain Ansible playbooks and roles to automate deployment, configuration, and management of infrastructure components within our facility.

``` - Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the facility to gather requirements, identify automation opportunities, and develop efficient solutions.

``` - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Ansible automation, ensuring high availability and performance of critical systems within the Cybersecurity, System Administration, and Network infrastructure.

``` - Continuously optimize and enhance automation workflows to improve efficiency, reliability, and scalability within each department.

``` - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration.

``` - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in automation, DevOps, and cybersecurity technologies.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in IT infrastructure automation, with a focus on RHEL.

``` - Current CompTIA Sec certification.

``` - Experience with network security principles and technologies.

``` - Experience with system patching and maintenance of Ansible playbooks and software.

``` - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 4 years of experience in IT infrastructure automation, with a focus on RHEL AAP
