ABBTECH Professional Resources, Inc. Project Manager / Business Analyst (SharePoint Experience) in Huntsville, Alabama

Position Details:

Overview: We are seeking a talented and experienced Project Manager / Business Analyst to join our team in supporting the US Army Redstone Arsenal, Army Contracting Command (ACC). This individual will play a key role in managing projects and analyzing business requirements, particularly focusing on SharePoint development and management. The ideal candidate will have Microsoft PL-900 certification and preferably possess PMP certification.

Responsibilities:

  1. Project Management:

  2. Lead and manage projects related to SharePoint development and management, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project requirements.

  3. Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.

  4. Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track project progress.

  5. Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.

  6. Communicate project status, updates, and risks to stakeholders and senior management.

  7. Business Analysis:

  8. Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to SharePoint solutions.

  9. Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements.

  10. Collaborate with the SharePoint development team to design and implement solutions that meet business needs.

  11. Conduct user acceptance testing and ensure delivered solutions meet quality standards and user expectations.

  12. SharePoint Management:

  13. Oversee the management and administration of SharePoint environments.

  14. Ensure SharePoint sites are properly configured, maintained, and secure.

  15. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SharePoint-related issues.

  16. Stay updated on SharePoint best practices and new features to optimize platform usage.

General Requirements:

  • Must be local to Huntsville, AL.

  • Active DoD SECRET clearance.

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience providing SharePoint support to the US Army/DOD customer(s).

  • Active Microsoft PL-900 Certification.

  • PMP certification desired.

  • Security+ Certification preferred.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

The above salary range represents the range expected for the position; however, final salary offers are based on a number of factors such as the position’s responsibilities; the candidate’s experience, education, and skills; location; travel required; and current market conditions.
