Canvas Inc. Program Integrator in Huntsville, Alabama

Job Title: Program Integrator

Location : Huntsville, AL

Program Integrator support for the Fixed Based Air Traffic Control Product Team. Will assist in the management of cost/schedule/performance, development of LCCE, construct spend plans, manage obligations, conduct POM planning, construct IMS, coordinate with stakeholders, and support the FBATC APM and SAM.

Duties:

  • Assists the APM with facilitating/leading a cross functional team of stakeholders.

  • Advise higher level management on all matters relating to assigned programs and systems to lateral organizational elements and when required, foreign Governments.

  • Maintain liaison with user organizations, test agencies and facilities, and higher-level headquarters.

  • Guides a staff of government and support contractor specialists who provide expertise in the acquisition, technical, logistics, and business functional areas for the program.

  • Formulates program objectives, requirements, schedules, and financial plans.

  • Develops and provides periodic program briefings to Product Manager, and other key Army stakeholders.

  • Assesses, manages, and eliminates acquisition risks related to program cost, schedule, and performance. * Assists in the development and the maintaining of programmatic and milestone documentation.

  • Assists in the development of program structure charts and integrated master schedules.

  • Assists with developing program management plans, program reviews, budgeting, and execution briefs. * Develops spend plans, obligation/commitment plans, continuing resolutions plans, requests for funding and bases of estimates.

  • Assists with updating the life cycle cost estimate for validation.

  • Participates in drafting and reviewing acquisition strategies, engineering change proposals and modification work orders.

  • Ensures that program requirements are properly identified and executed in accordance with Agency and DOD acquisition regulations and policies.

  • Assists with preparing performance work statements, statements of work, statement of understanding, technical direction orders, logistics/technical estimates, technical evaluations, market research and cost analysis.

  • Assists with long range planning activities that include multi-year work plans.

  • Analyzes contractor performance data and resolve performance, schedule, and cost issues.

  • Experienced with using Comprehensive Cost and Requirement System (CCaR) to create records, forecasting, reports, and budget execution.

  • Experience with MS Teams and Microsoft Office software.

    Experience & Skills:

  • Prior ARMY Program Office Experience

  • 5 - 8 years of relevant PM Office experience (desired)

    Education:

  • High School and 11 years of relevant work experience

  • Bachelor's and 8 years of relevant work experience

  • Master's and 5 years of relevant work experience

  • PHD and 3 years of relevant work experience

    Clearance Level : Must be eligible to obtain an Interim Clearance (desired Secret)
