Job Description:

This Program Control Analyst I is a junior or entry-level role involved in assisting with a wide range of Program Control functions.

• Assist with monitoring and tracking contract value, funding, and costs.

• Assist in the preparation of monthly contract deliverables.

• Assist in the preparation of program status reports and a wide variety of spreadsheets.

• Responsible for coordinating all travel requests for government approval to travel.

• Ensure all travel is planned, coordinated, executed, and reported in accordance with the FAR.

• Receive invoices from subcontractors, review invoices, review and track travel requests, and audit expense reports.

• Issues and maintain current work authorizations.

• Work in an integrated manner with the company departments, including finance, accounting, and contracts.

• Assist with audit support.

• Other duties as required.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Knowledge of the Government contracting cycle and funding process with multiple contract types (FFP, T&M, CPFF) is desired.

• Must be able to multi-task, maintain a high level of work accuracy, and able to set priorities with effective time management skills.

• Requires excellent written and verbal communication skills, excellent math aptitude, and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.

• Must demonstrate initiative, teamwork, and ability to work with minimal supervision.
