We are seeking Program Analyst that thrives in a fast-paced environment to provide direct support to our government customer. In this rapidly changing environment, you will provide direct support to Mid-Senior Level government customers and will be responsible for performing a wide range of programmatic duties. This job requires the highest level of professionalism and strong interpersonal skills. Must possess exceptional written and analytical skills with strong attention to detail. Must possess excellent customer service and time management skills, including the ability to multitask and prioritize to meet deadlines. Also, demonstrating flexibility and problem-solving skills to adjust on last-minutes changes. In this role, you’ll play a pivotal role in evaluating existing programs to gauge their effectiveness, efficiency, and alignment with organizational goals. This involves meticulously collecting, organizing, and analyzing data pertaining to program activities, outcomes, and performance metrics. Leveraging advanced analytical tools and techniques, you will extract valuable insights and pinpoint areas for enhancement. In addition to evaluation, you will spearhead the development and upkeep of performance monitoring systems. These systems will be instrumental in tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure prompt reporting on program outcomes. Your responsibility also extends to crafting detailed reports and presentations that encapsulate findings, trends, and actionable recommendations for program stakeholders, including management and external partners. The successful candidate will actively seek out opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within programs.

Required

  • BS or BA in related field

  • Minimum 5 years related experience

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, & PowerPoint)

  • Ability to maintain security clearance

  • Experience with Microsoft SharePoint and Teams
