We are seeking a Program Analyst that will be responsible for establishing, implementing, and managing measures and metrics within the organization. You will serve as the authority on data evaluation and analysis, providing expert guidance to develop high-priority analyses and metrics. To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate strong time management skills, including the ability to multitask and prioritize to meet business deadlines. This role requires the highest level of professionalism, strong interpersonal skills, exceptional written skills, analytical skills (data analysis and research), and a strong attention to detail. You will have the opportunity to work closely with various teams and stakeholders to identify areas for study, develop data collection formats, and ensure accurate and reliable data. You will focus on establishing and ensuring adherence to an enterprise data governance framework for data policies, standards, and practices. Key responsibilities may include:

  • Develop approaches to gather necessary information and data regarding products and services and implement these approaches.

  • Will lead all organization-wide data governance activities.

  • Extract, compile, and analyze information from multiple sources to establish baseline measures and determine overall effectiveness and efficiency of programs, products, and services.

  • Build internal relationships with key program, product, and service delivery managers to define crucial business objectives and customer information product needs and requirements.

  • Develop sophisticated approaches to develop and collect internal and external data regarding the delivery of products and services.

  • Apply objective, analytical, and critical thinking to the analysis of complex problems using a full suite of analytic tools and techniques.

  • Conduct ongoing analysis and evaluation of business needs and functional requirements necessary for gathering and reporting data.

  • Remain current with industry standards and practices for measuring and applying metrics, maintaining a cognizance of predictive modeling and statistical analysis.

  • Develop courses of action and establish standard operating procedures for developing new studies.

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in related discipline.

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience with data analysis

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant applications.

  • Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.

Desired:

  • Experience with Power BI or other data analytics software tools

  • SharePoint experience

  • User-lever PTC Windchill experience
