JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Senior Program Analyst will support NASA under the CPSS contract. This position will support the Space Launch System (SLS) program in data management and analysis in all project control and business management areas, including performance measures and improvements.

  • Establish and maintain the cost/schedule baseline.

  • Participate in formulating Estimates at Complete (EAC).

  • Participate in the annual Planning, Programming, Budgeting & Execution (PPBE) process.

  • Must be knowledgeable on product-oriented Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and able to advise projects on how to best structure their WBS and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) to facilitate EVM integration and rollup.

  • Maintains a thorough understanding of the critical schedule path and performs related analysis, which may require projections, analysis of requirements, and data analysis.

  • Must have experience participating in Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs), solid working knowledge of EIA-748, and be familiar with all EVM processes and principles.

  • Must be able to work with and train Control Account Managers (CAMs) and perform advanced EVM data analysis.

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS:

Must be a U.S. Citizen and complete a U.S. government background investigation.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

Master's Degree or equivalent work experience.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • NASA/aerospace experience preferred.

  • Desired 15+ years combined PP&C experience.

  • Advanced user of Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen and complete a U.S. Government background investigation.

  • Experience using software like Empower, wInisght, Cobra, SharePoint, and Excel is highly desired.

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or other related certifications desirable

  • Membership with the Project Management Institute (PMI) and/or the College of Performance Management (CPM) is a plus.
