Victory Solutions Program Analyst (Engineering Support) in Huntsville, Alabama

Victory Solutions is a service-disabled veteran-owned (SDVO) and woman-owned small business (WOSB) in the aerospace, defense, and technical engineering industries.

We are looking for a Technical Program Analyst (Engineering Support) to support the Missile Defense Agency's System Integration, Test and Readiness (SITR) contract in Huntsville, AL. SITR is responsible for the overall Ground-based Midcourse Defense (GMD) Element engineering and integration, including physical and logical integration of the GMD Element and Components with the Missile Defense System.

General Summary:

Seeking a Program Analyst to join the Victory Solutions team supporting the SITR program. Responsibilities will include supporting the development and execution of GMD management plans, technical documents, test plans and procedures, and program support for technical and schedule management.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities: May provide support in one or more the following areas

  • Support in the planning and execution of engineering processes developed in accordance with Systems Engineering Management Plan (SEMP).
  • Support Information Protection Execution Plan, protecting each components unique requirements and interface development, designs, analyses, verification, and validation activities for development phases.
  • Support weekly Engineering Integrated Product Team reviews with the Government to, at a minimum, review programmatics and programmatic metrics; engineering metrics and trends; execution status; key topics of interest; actions; budget execution; technical and programmatic interface points; and Government Furnished Information, Facilities, Equipment, and Property metrics.
  • Support the development, delivery, and maintenance of the Engineering Integrated Product Team review packages on the IDDE.
  • Support the planning and execution of technical integration of components and subsystems; system upgrades; vertical and horizontal interoperability with the system; component and subsystem developments to include hardware and software development utilizing Agile, and/or Waterfall methodologies and demonstrate this alignment in Component Milestone Technical Reviews; in accordance with the Integration Execution Plan.
  • Support the integration and delivery on the IDDE, for the Flight Test pedigree data packages and execute Flight Test pedigree reviews to support technical and mission assurance reviews, investigations and failure reviews, independent readiness reviews, and critical events in accordance the schedule.
  • Participate in Hardware Acceptance Reviews (HAR), to include peer reviews of documentation; submission of HAR findings and recommendations on the IDD; planning and conduction of HARs to receive Government approval prior to acceptance and shipment of Government Furnished tactical equipment - developed in accordance with the Government's Hardware Delivery Process and Government's MAP RAM.
Job Specifications:
  • AS Degree or 3-4 years equivalent experience is required, BS desired.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and Power Point) is required.
  • Must be detail-oriented, self-motivated and have strong interpersonal skills.
  • Requires excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to interface with all levels of an organization.
  • Former experience with GMD and/or weapon systems is desired.
  • Experience with electronic data management systems is required.
  • US Citizenship required.
  • Current Secret Security Clearance required, or ability to obtain and maintain a clearance.
