Jesse Stutts, Inc. (JSI) is looking for an IT Engineer who will assist the Director of Information Technology in providing technical support for IT operating systems and office/field employees. The items listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: ? Growth opportunity as a point of contact for End-User and Desktop Support. ? Provide technical support via phone, remote desktop, and in person. ? Install and configure Operating Systems for various platforms, including Windows 10 and 11. ? Collaborate with end-users to resolve application, phone, printer, or computer problems in real time. ? Assist IT Manager and escalate as necessary. ? Technologies supported will include: Office365, Microsoft Office, Printers/Copiers, Windows 10 and 11, iPhones and iPads, LAN and VPN connections. ? Utilize software programs (Microsoft Office, DocuSign, etc.) to perform duties and responsibilities. ? May perform other duties as assigned. ? The successful candidate will be expected to always present themself in a friendly and professional manner. EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE and POSITION REQUIREMENTS: ? Up to 3 years of experience in related field. ? Associate degree or greater in related field, or relevant industry experience preferred. ? Ability to research and troubleshoot technology problems. ? Demonstrated skills to prioritize and handle multiple tasks. ? Working knowledge of virtualization, VMWare, or equivalent. 2 ? Customer service experience preferred. ? Candidate must be capable of lifting and/or carrying up to 50 lbs. and the pushing and pulling of carts if necessary. ? Able to learn and work with service ticketing system. ? Excellent written and verbal skills. ? Ability to communicate in a manner for non-technical individuals to understand. ? Capacity to work flexible hours desired. ? Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work efficiently. ? Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. ? High level of personal accountability with commitment to fully comply with all established IT protocols, procedures and policies. ? Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills.
