Primary Responsibilities
The Integration and Test Engineer will spearhead the manufacturing, integration and testing of a directed energy weapon system.
The selected candidate will be responsible for assembling and integrating prototype electro-mechanical systems and developing comprehensive verification and validation test plans. This role is crucial to ensuring our systems meet rigorous performance and reliability standards.
Key Responsibilities
Assemble and integrate prototype electro-mechanical systems.
Develop and implement verification and validation test plans.
Conduct testing and troubleshooting of systems to ensure optimal performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system design and functionality.
Document test results and prepare reports for stakeholders.
Additionally, the I&T Engineer will support demonstration testing in a field environment.
Basic Qualifications
Candidate must have good organizational skills, attention to detail and work well as a key member of a team often tasked to be highly responsive and agile in order to satisfy critical program needs.
The candidate must have experience in the following areas:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
Minimum of 8 years of proven hands-on experience in an integration and test environment or 6+ years with MS degree.
Strong fundamentals in electrical engineering, specifically in power and communication systems.
Proficiency in integrating and testing complex electro-mechanical systems.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
Experience with electrical-power systems, including power electronics, power control systems, and thermo-fluid systems.
Experience testing systems in both a lab and a military range environment.
Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in system integration and testing.
Experience with hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) or software-in-the-loop (SIL) testing methodologies.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to innovate and optimize complex systems.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to a diverse audience.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $87,100.00 - $157,450.00
