Team Carney Instructional Designers (ISD) design and develop, or re-design, instructional content for web-based, instructor-led courseware, and/or blended training; nurture and sustain strategic client partnerships and ensure delivery of high-quality solutions.   

This position is on-site in Huntsville, Alabama.  

Responsibilities:

  • ​​​​​​​Review and analyze multiple curricula and program assessment requirements to identify, articulate, and validate the new assessment requirements. 

  • Implement the Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation (ADDIE) process to design courses, create new learning objectives and develop lesson plans. 

  • Incorporate instructional strategies that support testing and evaluation to use integrated scenarios assessments across multiple training programs. 

  • Develop effective learning strategies and conduct level 1,2 and 3 evaluations.   

  • Ensure alignment of training solutions to the requirements, job tasks, learning objectives and assessments.   

  • Assist with instructor preparation to sequence, schedule, and observe/evaluate delivery and/or data to provide feedback to leadership.

Minimum Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university 

  • Minimum 5 years of experience reviewing and analyzing multiple curricula and program assessment requirements. 

  • Minimum 5 years of experience using the ADDIE model process in creating curriculum and learning objectives.   

  • Minimum 5 years of experience assisting with instructor preparation to sequence, schedule, and observe/evaluate delivery and/or delivery data to provide feedback. 

  • Experience in Intelligence, Counterintelligence, Counterterrorism, Laboratory, Forensics, Training, Strategic Review or Human Resources is desirable.    

  • Top Secret clearance required. 

Preferred Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Education, Business or Technology
