  • Developing/evaluating/executing technical budgets to meet organizational goals.
  • Assessing skill set(s) needs to form a team to execute a complex project.
  • Allocating/reallocating resources to successfully meet short and/or long-term project/program requirements.
  • Integrating/testing/qualifying complex systems/subsystems
  • Leading IPT in the execution of a complex aviation/missile acquisition effort.
  • Working cross organizationally with multiple stakeholders
  • Developing networks and/or building alliances for building strategic relationships.
  • Mentoring junior engineers for technical competence/professional development/interpersonal skills.

  • Expertise in Large Area Display
  • Human Machine Interface
  • Knowledge of Black Hawk components, subsystems, systems
  • Knowledge of DoD guidelines, memorandums, regulations
  • Knowledge of Black Hawk strategic stakeholders
  • Demonstrated experience with rotor aerodynamics, structural analysis, and/or software development for manned weapon systems.
  • Demonstrated experience with reviewing design documentation/models/reports for acceptability.
  • Demonstrated experience with civil/military turbine engine development and integration for manned weapon systems.
