The Functional Analyst II

This position requires a Secret Security Clearance. Candidates for this position are required to abide by Federal Government site access COVID-related safety rules, as well as corporate safety protocol measures.

The Functional Analyst II will serve as the Administrator for two branches within the Strategic Missile Defense Division of SAMD providing organizational task management for completion and tracking of all travel documentation submitted for the branches as well as maintainingproperty bookrecords.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the Administrator for two branches within the Strategic Missile Defense Division of SAMD providing organizational task management for completion and tracking of all travel documentation submitted for the branches as well as maintaining property book records.

  • Property book knowledge and experience.

  • Responsible for maintaining all record logs for documentation tracking purposes.

  • Responsible for executing Division Travel SOP.

  • Serve as Branch POC for APACs, Passport requirements, Travel Briefings, and all outside coordination for travel.

  • Review, submit, and maintain all Branch travel forecasts, correspondence memos, and spreadsheets.

  • Serve as backup to the Division Executive Administrator.

  • PreferredUS Government experience in an administrative or other relative operational capacity.

  • Serves as a property control administrator for the SAMD Missiles Directorate and assist the SAMD Directorate in property administrative matters.

  • Prepare and issue hand DA Form 2062 hand receipts to individuals and DA Form 3161 Turn in/issue documents.

  • Maintain property passes for assigned equipment.

  • Conduct monthly, quarterly and annual property inventories of admin funded and Foreign Military Sales case funded property.

  • Turn-in excess and unserviceable property.

  • Track/update and account for property in appropriate database(s) used within the directorate such as Auto Scan Tracking System (ASTS), excel internal mail merger files.

  • Receive incoming property and supplies.

  • Order property and supplies.

  • Work on site.

Functional Responsibilities/Education:

  • May provide one or more of the following tasks: Provide technical, analytical, and management support in areas of systems operations where knowledge and skills are gained primarily through unique formal education, specialized training, and operational assignments that may require access to sensitive or classified information and systems.

  • Property Book experience and knowledge.

  • General experience, training and certifications for this category are concentrated in various disciplines, including, but not limited to weapon systems and subsystems, and multi-discipline technical, programmatic, and logistics processes.

  • May include, but are not limited to, the following intelligence disciplines: Cryptology, Intelligence and Electronic Warfare (IEW), Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), Imagery Intelligence (IMINT), Human Intelligence (HUMINT), Measurements and Signatures Intelligence (MASINT), All-Source Intelligence Analysis, Counterintelligence (CI), intelligence systems development and maintenance, and other related fields.

  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Adhere to company's AS9100 and QMS policies, procedures, and guidelines.

Minimum Education: Bachelors

Minimum Experience: 12 Years
