The Precision Fires Branch requirements for FMS Mid-Senior Level, as program analyst, incumbent will work under close guidance of the International Program Manager in support of multiple CENTCOM/EUCOM R3 and New Business. The duties will include assembling and preparing reports, reviewing and preparing official correspondence, and processing foreign visit requests. This request is to fill position in the Precision Fires Branch.

Individual is required to assist the IPMs and case developers in the development/execution of complex, high-dollar programs. Duties include preparing spreadsheet for case development, case modifications/amendments, support FMS financial management, develop PMR charts, attend meetings and PMRs, take PMR action items and provide unique reports as required. Pull financial data from various databases to conduct financial reviews and performance reconciliations to include case close out actions. Assist senior logistics management specialists in development/preparation of highly complex cases. Exercises overall responsibility for development of less complex Letters of Offer and Acceptance (LOA), amendments and modifications for an assigned group of commodities in accordance with request received from countries or as required for case management. Provide LOA-data, Price and Availability (P&A) data spreadsheets. Coordinate and set up meetings with stakeholders and Partner Nations for current and new and ensure telecon minutes taken and are distributed to all parties. The individual will require excellent organizational skills as they will be supporting multiple countries and additional developmental programs.

Perform FMS logistical management support for the FMS International Program Managers (IPM) at AMCOM SAMD Tactical Missile Systems Division/Precision Fires Branch in support of various country programs for MLRS/HIMARS weapons systems. The selected individual will plan, develop, coordinate, review, and analyze logistics/program data and serve as a focal point for information relating to specific SAMD logistics management and program support. Plans, directs, coordinates, implements and controls the major functional areas of the FMS program's integrated logistics support effort as measured by meeting suspense's, requisitions, deliveries, and fielding. Performs data research: data analyses; provide input to DSAMS: reviews and defines un-executable NSNs, nomenclatures, parts or CAGE numbers and monitor/analyze case funding: provides extensive research and technical coordination: Assures coordination of completed documentation with applicable project office, AMCOM, USASAC and higher headquarters staff. The individual will also assist to capture lessons-learned and institute approved changes in order to improve processes. Furthermore, will also be responsible for the development and management of the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for specified FMS programs. Assist the IPM in providing program status reports. Individual will be required to access select databases as directed, i.e. CISIL, DIFS, WebRor, WebFLIS, GFEBS, CEA7 etc, and be required reference data supporting tasks as assigned.

Bachelor's Degree with 10+ years of experience or 16+ years of experience in lieu of degree.

Individual must have or be able to obtain a SECRET security clearance.
