Managing Owner's business affairs

  • Run all aspects of calendar and scheduling
  • Coordinate travel arrangements
  • Manage email accounts
  • Presentation slides for public speaking, luncheons, CE classes
  • Owner's MLO responsibilities with wholesale lenders (admin)

Administrative/Company

  • Manage company NMLS database
  • Manage all wholesale lender portfolio and agreements
  • Company meetings -- agenda, emcee, coordinate

Digital

  • Light/macro management of company's social media
  • Website management --landing pages, and links
  • Loan operating software liaison and training

Project Management
