Oral Arts is a full-service family owned and operated dental laboratory. We manufacture dental prostheses, such as crowns, bridges, implants, dentures, partials, orthodontic appliances, etc. and have an immediate need for a CNC machine operator.

Description of responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Loading and operating mills.
  • Oversee the machines while they execute tasks and make the necessary changes to produce improved results.
  • Check equipment on a daily basis to ensure correct functionality.
  • Communicate logistic and quality issues that arise in the process of creating appliances.
  • Ensure that the quality of the manufacturing process aligns with department standards.
  • Operation of small hand tools, measuring equipment, saws, grinders, and various manual equipment.
  • Translate written and drawn mechanical instructions and SOPs.
  • Perform regular machine maintenance.
  • Perform other duties or projects as assigned by management.

Required experience:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience as a CNC machinist.
  • Understanding of shop safety and standard equipment safety.
  • Great attention to detail with a goal-driven attitude.
  • Strong comprehension and analytical abilities.
  • Able to stand, walk, crouch, and perform repetitive motions for long periods of time.
  • Able to lift 20lbs or more.

Pay/Salary is based on relevant experience.
