Noble Supply & Logistics Customer Solutions Manager in Huntsville, Alabama

*Note: The ideal candidate should reside within a reasonable commuting distance to serve customers situated in the Huntsville AL area.

The Customer Solutions Manager will have a crucial role in providing excellent sales and product support for the DLA’s Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO) program. They will actively engage with the Troop Support Construction and Equipment Supply Chain to fulfill their specific needs and go above and beyond. By prioritizing exceptional customer service and fostering lasting relationships, the Sales employee will contribute to the overall success of the organization.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

● Works with Buyers/Program Managers from initial customer requirement to order fulfillment.

● Increase and drive sales

  • Maintains KPIs

  • Provides direct oversight of assigned region and submits updates weekly, monthly, and annually as required

  • Works with Customer to ensure requirements are verified, within scope, and priced fair and reasonably

  • Ensures Noble meets their contractual requirements (on time delivery and quote turnaround)

  • Ensures Noble complies with contract rules, regulations, and operational guidelines FAR/DFAR/DLAD

  • Follows-up with customer sales management team to verify order status and funding

  • Provides on-site support for large deliveries that require coordination

  • Provides input and recommendations for Continuous Process Improvements (CPIs)

● Performs other duties, as required.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

● Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills

● Advanced verbal and written communication skills

● Must possess strong strategic and analytical skills required to analyze customer problems and develop creative/effective solutions.

● Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

● Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience

● 2+ years’ proven sales experience or related industry experience

● Prior Military and/or procurement experience a plus
