Radiance Technologies Inc. Contracts Administrator/Legal Support HR101010 in Huntsville, Alabama

Type: Full-Time Location: Huntsville, AL

Position Description: The full-time position will support the day-to-day operations of contracting activities in accordance with company policies, contractual, and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include "cradle-to-grave" contracting including RFP analysis, pricing, negotiation, administration, contract file documentation and maintenance, financial analysis and reporting, risk and compliance analysis, property reporting, and close-out. In addition, this position will provide support to our In-House General Counsel. The position will liaison with all levels of internal employees, auditors, and external customers (this will include Program Managers, budgeting personnel, Contracting Officers, DCAA and DCMA). Work experiences will include all contract types (to include CPFF, TandM, and FFP) and contract vehicles (IDIQs/BPAs) including GSA Schedules for products and services, and Other Transaction Agreements (OTAs).

Required Skills: Bachelors degree in Procurement, Contracts, Finance, Business Management, or other related field with a law degree. Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. US Citizenship with the ability to obtain a security clearance

Required Experience: Graduate level government contracts law course work

Desired Qualifications: Knowledge of FAR, and DFARS. Proficient in the use of Excel and Word. Excellent written and communication skills. Ability to self-prioritize assignments and to work independently under competing deadlines. Must be organized and detail-oriented, demonstrate strong time management skills, and be able to coordinate and prioritize multiple projects with limited supervision in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to develop and maintain professional relationships with peers, and customers, and contribute to a professional work environment by demonstrating integrity, teamwork, and a positive attitude.
