Integration Innovation, Inc. (i3) Budget Analyst in Huntsville, Alabama

Overview

i3 is seeking a Budget Analyst to coordinate appropriate financial resources from various Army Program/Project Offices and Non-Army customers to DEVCOM Aviation and Missile Center; supporting civil service personnel assigned to S3I Directorate in the Resource Management Division, AMS-BRM in Huntsville AL. This position is in Huntsville, AL and is a hybrid position.

Responsibilities

  • Review MIPRs (Military Interdepartmental Purchase Request) and 1095s received from S3I customers for accuracy and financial compliance.

  • Create 1095s in LMP (Logistics Modernization Program).

  • Run reports in AICIS (AvMC Integrated Center Information System) and GFEBS (General Fund Enterprise Business System) and analyze data.

  • Coordinate with assigned divisions to enter future year budget projections into FIRE (Financial Integrated Reporting Environment) database.

  • Set up WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) structure for customer funds in AICIS based on fee calculations.

  • Provide sound financial guidance to assigned Division to include Chiefs and Technical POCs.

  • Communicate daily with S3I customers regarding funding instructions and corrections.

  • Create MIPRs (Military Interdepartmental Purchase Request) in GFEBS (General Fund Enterprise Business System).

  • Build LOAs (Lines of Accounting) in DTS (Defense Travel System).

  • Research contract ULOs (Unliquidated Obligation).

  • Pull contract disbursements in SDW (Shared Data Warehouse).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field required. Additional education may substitute for degree.

  • 6 years of relevant experience. Additional experience may substitute for degree.

  • Experience in Creating 1095s in LMP required.

  • Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe acrobat experience required.

  • Knowledge of AWCF, OMA, RDT&E, PA, FMS and other funding required.

  • Must have communication and collaborative abilities.

  • Familiarization with running reports in GFEBS preferred.

  • DOD Financial Regulations knowledge preferred.

  • Active DoD security clearance required.

  • U.S. Citizenship is required.
