Job Description:

Provide Documentation Support for the Quality Records Center (QRC). Support includes, but is not limited to:

(1) Scanning, filing (including electronically in the QRC SharePoint Library) and checking for accuracy quality records (new and archival).

(2) Assist the QRC Lead with input to the As-Built Configuration Status System (ABCSS)

(3) Input of DRs into the Corrective Action System (CAS) database.

In addition, provide surge support for contract documentation and meeting activities as required.

Required Skills:

  • H.S. Diploma Required or Associate Degree Preferred
  • 2-5 Years of Experience
  • Must be a US citizen
  • Must be able to pass a national agency check
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment and periodic random drug and alcohol screenings.

Familiarity with tools such as MS SharePoint, MS Office applications and relational database web-based applications is required. Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability for successful interaction with customers and peers. Fast learner and self-starter requiring minimal direction in completing assignments. Physically able to maintain hard copy filing system.

Other Desired Skills:

Strong writing skills and ability to provide meeting support including navigating communication tools. Familiarity with NASA/MSFC environment including acronyms would be beneficial.
