Education:

Months/Years of Experience:

Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in a technical, science or business discipline from an accredited college/university and 9 years of experience in one of the following areas, as related to the respective job required: Communication, Logistics, Operations, Finance, Personnel/Human Resource Management, Program Management, Process Improvement, Safety, Security, and Environmental specialties; or an Associate's Degree and 11 years of applicable experience in the assigned specialty area; or 13 years of experience performing the job duties in the assigned specialty area; or 13 years of military training in the specialty area, or a combination thereof.

Additional specialization requirements: Program Analyst - 6 years of the required experience must include experience coordinating projects; collecting data, reviewing technical documents compiling statistics and data for projects; writing narratives, managing the execution of inspection programs, creating, monitoring, and maintaining audit files for program compliance.

Required Qualifications:

U.S. Citizenship. A valid driver's license. Must have or be able to acquire a security clearance.

Skills Needed:

Experience tracking project cost and schedule, ability to take data, plan and write reports. Experience with in Microsoft Office Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Duties:

Primary duties will include managing the cost, schedule, and performance of multiple TM/FTS programs. You will act as the primary POC for all customer interactions and report project status to the government lead. Other duties will include the following:

*Drafting Cost Estimates and reviewing proposals

*Tracking project costs and budgets

*Drafting Qualification Test Reports

*Reviewing of technical drawings and procedures

*Travel to support vendor qualification efforts along with missile tests

In this role as an Analyst, you will directly support the Telemetry/Flight Termination Systems within the Missiles Sensor and Instrumentation Division with testing various weapon and missile systems in support of the Redstone Wide Engineering Support Services (RWESS) contract/Redstone Test and Evaluation Services (RTES).
