In anticipation of the contract award, we are seeking Senior Management and Technical Staff who will support the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) Agency Information Management and Software Services (AIMSS) mission by serving as a management and/or technical subject matter expert (SME) leading, designing, developing, and optimizing data-driven software and IT solutions and applications.

In this role, you will be r esponsible for providing technical/project management of assigned projects or major phases of significant projects or programs by coordinating the efforts of assigned technical staff. You will organize projects and task workloads within budget and schedule guidelines. You will have and continue to grow in extensive knowledge and experience within assigned technical disciplines. You m ay provide management of the activities and staff of a research or technical business unit. You will be r esponsible for overall unit performance within budgetary and schedule guidelines. You may identify and recommend objectives and scope of technical projects. You will communicate goals, scope, approach and schedule to assigned personnel. You will e stablish budgets, forecasts, manpower, equipment and supply needs for assigned area of responsibility. You will develop and coordinate contract deliverables and reports. You will prepare management plans and reports. You will lead team members in completion of proposals, contract deliverables, task order review, and briefings and presentations. You will utilize your management experience in addition to related degree and extensive knowledge within assigned technical discipline/area of responsibility. You will contribute subject matter expertise and advice to the customer at a level that is typically attained via a related technical education.

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in engineering, science, or other relevant field

  • Must have an in-scope DoD Security Clearance

  • Experience in managing and leading Full Lifecycle Development Solutions

  • Willing to periodically travel in support of test events

  • Ability to provide on-site support at MDA facilities

    Desired

  • Experience supporting the US Ballistic Missile Defense System

  • Experience handling classified data

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills – especially Excel and PowerPoint

  • Experience with various CI/CD tools
