In anticipation of the contract award, we are seeking Database Engineers and Analysts who will support the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) Agency Information Management and Software Services (AIMSS) mission by serving as a database subject matter expert (SME) in support of database design, development, and infrastructure support.

You will perform database design activities for software development and lab infrastructure support capabilities. You will work with Software Development to define the structure and metadata for collection of MDA Test Resource and Asset objects. You will utilize your experience in development of a SQL Server based database architecture for application defined assets, conditions, constraints, test objectives, and other objects required to support an asset-based scheduling application. You will use your expertise in designing an operational database that support optimization assessment of scheduling assets.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in engineering, science, or another relevant field

  • Must have an in-scope DoD Security Clearance

  • SQL Server / SQL Server as a Service experience

  • Ability to work on-site at MDA Facilities

  • Willing to periodically travel in support of test events.

    Desired Qualifications

  • Experience supporting the US Ballistic Missile Defense System

  • Experience handling classified data

  • AWS, Azure, VMWare experience
