Position Description: Radiance Technologies, a rapidly growing employee-owned company, is searching for a talented Administrative Support Professional. The person selected for this position will use a wide range of business tools to assist in administrative duties and support our daily operations. This position will interface with multiple Operations to coordinate events and support. The position requires good organization and good communication skills to perform various functions and events for the organization. Duties will also include:

Be able to help with travel and business itineraries and coordination of events and travel Assist travelers with travel arrangements, expense authorizations, and expense reports Assist with Purchase Requests and Requests for Reimbursement Assist with organized events (social gatherings and business events) Answer phone calls Coordinate and run smaller business meetings/events/meals Manage assigned meetings, including drafting agendas, handling logistics (e.g., invitations, audio and video, etc.), documenting actions items, and following up action items to resolution Perform ad-hoc tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the organization

Required Skills: Experience with Microsoft Office tools such as Outlook, Outlook Calendar, Sharepoint Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Excellent interpersonal skills. Must demonstrate the highest degree of professionalism while interacting with a diverse group. Strong communication skills, written and verbal. High School Diploma or the equivalent and clerical experience or training Ability to multi-task and prioritize important, competing tasks and information Good time management skills. US citizenship with the ability to obtain a clearance

Desired Qualifications: College/University 4-year degree Strong technical skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills. Must demonstrate the highest degree of professionalism while interacting with a diverse group. Self-directed and able to perform assignments independently, and at times, with management staff under time constraints and stringent deadlines.
