Ai Signal Research, Inc. (ASRI) Accounting Clerk in Huntsville, Alabama

Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent; BS degree in Accounting or Business Administration preferred.

Required Qualifications:

Eligible to work in the U.S.

Skills Needed:

Experienced with Microsoft Excel and Word software. Able to create and maintain spreadsheets. Ability to adhere to payroll deadlines. Able to interface with employees on a professional basis. Able to reconcile invoices with backup information. Must be able to maintain confidentiality of company and employee information. Must be detailed oriented.

Duties:

Process bi-weekly payroll for 200+ employees by reviewing timesheets for accuracy and applying company policies. Will be responsible for annual employee W-2 reconciliation and processing. Will capture weekly labor for the various divisions supported. Will perform data entry and provide additional accounting support as necessary. Will also perform accounts payable duties. Prepare reports and perform general office duties.

Desired Qualifications:

Experience in Deltek Costpoint and Time and Expense Software. Experience in ADP.

Compliance with health mandates as dictated by the contract may be required as condition of employment.
