IronMountain Solutions (IMS), Inc. is internally seeking aTeam Leadto perform the duties and responsibilities within the Test, Technology, and Operations Support (TTOS) Division. This candidate will report to the TTOS Director. The Team Lead will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of contract activities for 5-20 employees and/or subcontractors in PM AMSA. These activities will include timecard management, tracking of employee funding status, execution of contract modifications / deliverables, overall employee compliance with company and customer expectations and customer satisfaction of IMS employees’ performance. The Team Lead will assess employee performance and establish performance goals for each employee. The Team Lead will be expected to increase the IMS business with our current customers as well as new customers. The Team Lead will support IMS new business proposal(s) development.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate contract modifications / allocate funds to employees.

  • Manage Labor and travel funding to ensure that all employees and/or subcontractors have adequate coverage and perform monthly reconciliation with IMS Program Control and Contracts.

  • Perform period of performance extension request and funding realignments.

  • Perform and ensure all CDRL requirements are met per contract task order.

  • Work effectively with IMS Management and HR to resolve all personnel issues. Perform annual personnel evaluations and set attainable goals for our employees.

  • Interface with the Prime PM / technical customers to address and resolve all issues that surface on the task order.

  • Work with the IMS Leadership vision for the TTOS Division and IMS.

  • Work closely with IMS senior leadership team on company policy development.

  • 10% travel is required

    Education and General Experience:

  • Able to manage conflict within a dynamic team environment.

    Clearance Requirements: The ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance is required.
