IronMountain Solutions, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual as aProject Control Analystto support the corporate office located in Huntsville, AL. Individual must be detail-oriented, highly motivated, a self-starter able to manage tight deadlines and multi-task on multiple efforts simultaneously. Requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to provide information and service to a wide range of internal and external contacts.

Job Responsibilities:

  • A successful candidate must be detail-oriented, analytical, highly organized, and work well within a team. This position will be responsible for performing a wide range of financial and budget functions across all programs on a daily basis. This candidate should be comfortable handling multiple projects at one time and be able to professionally handle the multi-faceted requirements of a fast-paced, growing company.

  • Must be able to manage various tasks and program managers with competing priority levels. Should possess knowledge and capabilities to perform tasks related to budgeting, planning, monitoring, and reporting of projects.

  • Creates and maintains advanced Excel spreadsheets to track employee hours, travel budgets, and costs expended.

  • Setup employee data in JAMIS Accounting System to include employee job lists and business planning.

  • Prepare, maintain, and update employee IWA’s.

  • Track the correct distribution of employee time and expenses by the assigned job.

  • Maintain and update employee Timecard training instructions and company Dashboards.

  • Ensure all new hires have contract funding and an IWA with assigned jobs and descriptions on day 1.

  • Budget, manage and approve employees direct travel requests to ensure compliance with company policy and procedures, JTR/FTR and contract requirements.

  • Review, approve and reconcile monthly Prime and Subcontractor invoices as well as CDRL development and delivery.

  • Prepare contract realignments, ROM reviews, and what-if scenarios.

  • Support customer monthly, quarterly, and annual reviews.

  • Communicate with Program Task Leads and their Directors to review and analyze Task Order funding, budgeting, and projections to ensure customer requirements are met and with-in contract compliance.

  • Support contract proposal pricing. Significant and daily interface with Contracts, Accounting, Proposal Teams, Tasks Leads/Director/Vice-Presidents.

  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Education and General experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or similar discipline is preferred. A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in finance, budget or project control for a Government Contractor is required.

  • Must possess advanced MS Excel skills to include PivotTables, VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, and Data Tables. (MS Word and MS Project knowledge a plus).

  • JAMIS Prime ERP experience desired.

  • A qualified applicant will have good communication skills and the ability to establish and maintain a close relationship with internal and external customers.

  • The ability to work independently and collaborate as a team member to ensure that items are completed on or ahead of schedule.
